If you give any examples of which controls to expect, use a "fullscreen" button, and not controls for playback of animated images (at least until whatwg/html#12318 is resolved).

@zcorpan controls isn't shown in the compat data. MDN documents when a feature is present on any platform (and someone has bandwidth).

I have labeled as "waiting for implementations" (if there is actually an implementation let me know).
Otherwise someone will doubtless pick this up if https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2016875 ships
