FormDef builder does not include IsEproForm attribute

Maybe the underlying issue is that RWS doesn't support this attribute on metadata?

There is not currently a definition in the ODM schema for that attribute on the FormDef element; I've added an item to get that added to the StudyMetadataService; will update when this has been reviewed
