Change of row colloring of http://127.0.0.1:18080/updates.html

When a CSP instance has been assigned a new/updated module, it would be convenient if it was evident to admins that the should update.
The minimum change would be on the background color of the row containing the module to be updated.
Additionally:

• a message could be displayed on the Dashboard
• the Update menu item could indicate something needing attention, a star, number, color change.
