ConsoleOption WarningSound behaviour #75

Describe the bug
WarningSound under ConsoleOption should mute/unmute all audio notification through the application.
Expected behavior
When WarningSound is set to on/off, Beep(Melody) and all related functions should be muted/unmuted.
Additional context
Additional option could be added for mute only warning, success etc.
