Select which components to merge #182

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Mergecal would merge different types of components after #181.
However, we would like to be able to select change the default behavior.
- Select which components to merge (similar interface to
recurring_ical_events.of(components=[...]. - By default only include VEVENT, VTIMEZONE
- Only generate the VTIMEZONE Generate VTIMEZONEs when not available #7 when VTIMEZONE is included in the components' list
- add this as a command line parameter
- consider the combination with generating the VTIMEZONE Generate VTIMEZONEs when not available #7
Describe alternatives you've considered
I would like to configure this as it makes sense to have a stable default behavior.
