In the Matlab Mart2Aust, there is a function at "Mart2Aust/core/Prep_for_recon.m". It looks at a given input ebsd scan, reads in the phases, and attempts to intelligently reassign the phases to be (in order):
- Austenite
- Martensite
- Reconstructed Austenite (same CS as Austenite)
- Reconstructed Variants (same CS as Martensite)
