Hi there!
I have two Meta Portal devices that were originally used as retail demo units. I acquired them secondhand after they were removed from the sales floor. The devices are fully functional, but they are still running demo-mode firmware which restricts their functionality for general use.
I would like to request your assistance in converting these demo Portals to standard retail/consumer firmware so I can use them as normal. The devices are:
Portal+ (2nd Gen), Serial No.: 2221BZ1C5Q008P
Portal+ (2nd Gen), Serial No.: 2221BZ1C5N00SZ
If there is an official process, tool, or firmware download that can help me restore these devices to a standard retail software configuration, I would greatly appreciate your guidance. My goal is simply to be able to use them as intended, with the full feature set of consumer Portal devices.
Thank you in advance!
