Description

@BrianNguyen29

Hello maintainers,

I am the author/maintainer and copyright owner of ECG-RAMBA and the associated paper:

This repository appears to be a near-complete reproduction of my original ECG-RAMBA project, including the source code, project structure, and non-code copyrighted assets (e.g., figures/images/screenshots), with the primary modification being a rewritten README. In other words, it is functioning as a republished copy of my work rather than an independently developed project.

Examples (non-exhaustive) of copied copyrighted materials currently hosted here include:

Demand (repository removal):
Because this repository republishes my project in its entirety (code + copyrighted figures/assets) and is presented in a way that is misleading as to origin/authorship, I require that you remove (delete) this repository from GitHub.

Deadline:
Please complete removal within 7 days of this notice.

If you do not comply:
I will submit a DMCA takedown notice to GitHub identifying this repository and the infringing URLs, and will request removal/disablement of access due to ongoing unauthorized distribution of copyrighted materials. I will also include additional infringing files/paths as needed.

If you believe you have authorization or a valid licensing basis:
Provide a written explanation and verifiable documentation (explicit permission or applicable license grants covering the copied code and all non-code assets/figures) within the same 7-day period. Absent such documentation, continued hosting constitutes unauthorized reproduction and distribution.

This notice is provided without prejudice to any rights and remedies.

Sincerely,
Brian Nguyen
