[BUG]: Unable to clear from the Errors tab

Expected Behavior

While in the Errors tab, I have 2 errors showing, I press 'a' to select all, then 'r' to remove, or pressing 'D' which is also supposed to remove the selected error.
I expected that it would clear the error

Actual Behavior

Pressing 'r' and pressing 'd' yields no response, the error(s) remain.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

Run aptui from the CLI
Tab over to the Error tab
press 'a' to select all or press space to select one
press 'r' for remove
press 'd' (dev stated that this is also supposed to clear)
