Please add license information to wrapper-code repo (udunits2)

Dear Michel Valin,

I'm interested in using the udunits2 wrapper-code in a scientific project (basically I need to convert some netcdf files to some other format). Problem is that there is no license information available in the github repository. Would it be possible for you to add a license to the wrapper-code so I know if I can or can not use it?

I added the license text to f_udunits_2.f90 and f_udunits_2.inc .

It is the same license as for the udunits-2 package itself

at https://github.com/Unidata/UDUNITS-2

If your project can use udunits-2, it should then also be able to use this
fortran interface.

Great thanks, my code is APACHE2.0 so that's fine. If I discover bugs of have suggestions I'll let you know.

Not sure if you mean that you just added the license (but haven't committed it yet), or that you think it is already there. In case of the latter:
f_udunits_2.f90 contains a copyright notice but no license
f_udunits_2.inc does contain neither of them.

(push had failed because my local repository was not totally up to date)

both files should now contain the license
