[Bug]: Map newly added resources to primary product, USDA commodity, and USDA API names

Describe the bug

The resource_usda_commodity_map table is incomplete. It is populated by the interactive mapper after human review. This program needs to be run again for unmapped commodities.

Steps to reproduce

This issue is just for my eyes I believe.

Expected behavior

Interactive mapper should find unmapped commodities and populate terminal with matching prompts and then produce a new mapped commodities table as well as a commodity_mappings.csv backup file.
