I have had an issue with the latest version not opening and I have tried Running it as Administer and reinstalling it and resetting my laptop nothing has worked then someone said to downgrade it and I tried to but it keeps forcing me to update it and I have checked task manger it says its running in the background but nothing is happening on my end.
