Allow for blocking users and deleting dms

I have received dms that have made me uncomfortable and i would like to block the users and delete their dms

I don't even see the DM functionality. How do you access it?

click the settings widget to go to your account settings and at the top right there should be a speech bubble icon, thats where dms are

Yes, but is there a way to send DMs?

on an individual post right next to the button to leave a comment theres another speech bubble icon, that sends a dm

These are requests I haven't been able to reverse engineer, mostly because I don't have any DM's with anyone else. The entirety of the DM feature comes from information given to me by another person who previously worked on a similar project, and I don't exactly know how the entire flow works.
