Description:
My university email verification does not go through. I do receive the email right away and tap the verification button promptly, and the webpage that opens tells me that my email is verified and instructs me to return to Offsides. However, when I tap the continue button on the email verification screen, a red message appears, saying, "Try clicking the link in your email again." If I restart the app, it will allow me to browse public groups, but I cannot see or access my university group.
I have tried the following:
Opening the verification link in browser instead of in my gmail app.
Restarting my phone.
Reinstalling Offsides.
Deleting app data.
Last December, I was able to use Offsides and access my university group using this phone, but uninstalled the app later in the same month.
