No ability to link a document with the service log entry

What happened?

According to the documentation a document can be linked to the service-log entry. There is even a column in the Service Log UI for Docs.
However, when adding a document Entity picker doesn't display Service Log entries. Similarly when adding a service log entry there is no way to pick a document.

This feature is useful to attach invoices to specific service logs (eg. annual furnace service).

Steps to reproduce

1. Run micasa demo.
2. Navigate to Docs tab.
3. Enter edit mode and add a new document.
4. Put the tile
5. Scroll through entities, Only maintenance items are listed, not the individual service logs.

Expected behavior

When new service log entry is added/edited there should an option to link a document.
