Some sort of RAII Guard  to Take and Give semphore

Hi Sir, Thanks for your useful add-ons.
I think of a missing feature, we can use RAII to **Take()** and **Give()** semaphores like mutex guards, what do you think about it? it could be parameterized for both Take and Get timeout.
