Skill finder doesn't show latest skills installed and keep recommending same skills again

Description

I used the skill finder to identify the needed skills for the project and installed the recommended skills. But every time I check again it keep showing the same skills I already have. No synchronization or history tracking to update project latest updates.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Extension
2. Analyze sessions or project
3. Go to Skill finder
4. Install all skills it recommends
5. Analyze again
6. Same previously installed skills will appear

Expected Behavior

New Skills or no skills recommendation since the recommended ones already installed.
