I cannot open any container from any subscription in any browser

@alcantarak You are using a version of Storage Explorer that is out of service. Please update to the latest version and try again.

Azure Portal is a separate service from Storage Explorer. Any Storage related features in the portal are maintained by a different project team. If you are also having trouble viewing resources in Azure Portal, you may be experiencing network or service issues.

Can you clarify your repro steps specifically in Storage Explorer?

Hi! That would be correct if I would be able to see storage directly in the portal but I don’t. the issue is also using portal azure. Im not able to open any container. @alcantarak Do you know whether you have sufficient permissions to access the storage resources?

If you are having issues viewing your storage resource in Azure Portal as well, then it sounds like a problem with the service, and you should open a help request. We can address issues only with the Storage Explorer app.

I do have access to the resource, I cannot access any storage no matter the subscription. Sometimes it let me in using AVD, and directly using edge (now I can see 1 storage account but not all). Is already affecting my work and not sure what else I can try. used storage explorer because it was the last resource I could use but it fails already.
