[TODO]: Full MIDI setup detection sample

Hi,

Looking at detectmidi sample I see several problems:

1. It checks for MidiSrvTransportPlaceholder only which was available even before KB5074105 and before February 2026.
2. It doesn't check KB5074105 is installed.
3. It doesn't check that the services are enabled (because KB5074105 installation doesn't mean we can use the services).
4. It doesn't check Runtime and Tools are installed.

Can you please provide full code that verifies that all required components are in the system and a user can use Windows MIDI Services?

Hi, I submitted PR #934 with a detectmidi-full sample that tries to cover this. It runs four checks (registry, COM, service, SDK runtime) so users can see exactly where the setup stops. Hope it helps!
