[TODO]: Provide SDK debug binaries and associated source and symbols for developers

Provide signed `Debug` binaries and symbols for developers using the SDK. These should be able to be installed just like the `Release` binaries. They will also need to install an associated zip of the source code used to build that specific release to support things like tracing source with time-travel debugging
