We are using pre-allocated blocks of standard size , reusing them and disposing them only ins shutdown. This was not the case.

Are you mixing stream from two different RMSManagers? Doing something else to manipulate the blocks? Changing the block size during runtime?

The exception means that the stream is returning blocks to the manager, but the block size is unexpected and does not match what the manager was configured as. That block size should never change during runtime.

Hi @benmwatson We use 2 RMSManagers with standard block size 128k . We don't dispose the blocks. We preallocate and we are reusing them.
But in process runs also the Skype.Media platform which also use the RMS.
