I've noticed that Power CAT Tools can be installed into an Environment right from the Dynamics 365 Apps area of the Power Platform Admin Center:
Is this option only available after it has been installed in at least one Environment in the Tenant and/or is this a valid/supported installation method? If so, perhaps it can be added to the INSTALLATION_GUIDE.md 🤔
