Encoding inside container

Hello! how do i change the encoding inside the servercore container? I need 1252, when using the image mcr.microsoft.com/windows/servercore:ltsc2019 -amd64 [System.Text.Encoding]::Default gives :

HeaderName : utf-8
WebName : utf-8
WindowsCodePage : 1200

I need to change it so that it returns as follows:

@neberson The property CodePage is the .NET encoding's identifier as returned by GetACP(). In your case, it shows 65001, meaning the system ANSI code page is set to UTF-8. A container cannot modify the system's code page. It can only modify its own (the active console code page).
