Developer experience: Debugging source code locally during the development phase

As a developer, I need a way to start or attach the debugger to monitor the execution of the endpoint, stop it, restart it, and set breakpoints in my local development environment (when the application is hosted using Sandbox).

"This is difficult to do, and specific to SGX. Once on AMD, users will run their logic in a container they completely control, and can use a debugger easily, since it will be outside the CCF node. So it will get addressed, but not on SGX."
