[Bug] Stuck in tool call `run_in_terminal` after failed with error `Invalid terinal ID placeholder`

• OS: macOS Tahoe 26.6
• Eclipse Version: 2026-06 (4.40.0)
• Plugin Version: 0.20.0

Describe the bug

After a failed run_in_terminal tool call with error Invalid terinal ID placeholder, the next run_in_terminal tool call would get stuck running forever, until I manually switch to the terminal and pressed enter.

Expected behavior
The run_in_terminal tool call should return normally
