Add Fara-7B to Foundry Local model registry

Microsoft just released Fara-7B, a small model optimized for Computer Use Agents (CUA). It's available in Microsoft Foundry and HuggingFace, but it's absent from the Foundry Local model registry. Can it be added? This is a model very suitable for running locally
