Repro steps:

1. Sign into Azure in VS Code through AI Toolkit for VS Code.
2. Select a project (or create one)
3. Try to browse the models. It will tell you that you aren't signed in.

I am facing similar issues. Rather than simply displaying the warning only, please add a button that allows users to sign-in again:

The tool is stuck with it, it doesn't take any tokens if users re-authenticate via CLI or directly via VS Code Command Palette.

@jc-pasta-nfi From the logs 'Could not discover endpoint for Integrate Windows Authentication. Check your ADFS settings. It should support Integrate Widows Authentication for WS-Trust 1.3.', seems like your tenant is configured ADFS and it doesn't support WS-Trust 1.3, so the VS Code failed to acquire token silently.
I have added an interactive sign-in flow to mitigate this issue and it's included in today's release 1.0.0. Could you upgrade your extension and try again?

@marcelmedina since it's similar issue, it may be addressed in 1.0.0. Could you try the latest release? If that doesn't resolve your issue, please share me the logs in Microsoft Authentication channel when the error occurs.
