Microsoft Foundry: Create new Hosted Agent. - not appearing in View Command Pallete menu in VS Code

Have installed the Microsoft Foundry extension for VS Code along with AI Toolkit. Am trying to deploy a Hosted Agent but unable to see the command "Microsoft Foundry: Create new Hosted Agent." in View ->Command Palette menu option on VS Code.
