request: fresh binaries

The latest prebuilt binaries are several years old. Since then, many security bugs have been found and patched, in C/C++ libraries and compilers. For security's sake, it's likely worth it to release freshly recompiled binaries.

As well, many commits have been pushed since the last GitHub tag & release.
