Reveal Environment in Manager View

Goal

Add an inline button on environment items in the Python Projects view that focuses the Environment Managers view and reveals the same environment so users can manage packages there.

Verification

• Manual: click the inline button on a project environment and confirm the Environment Managers view opens and highlights the correct environment.
