Pressing `Win+Shift` hides context views in status bar

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Hover over an item in the bottom status bar (e.g. Copilot), so that the context view shows
2. Press Win+Shift
3. Observe that the context view disappears. Also observe that context views no longer show while still holding Win+Shift

This makes it hard to take screenshots of the context views (e.g. my Copilot budget) with Win+Shift+S. I have to use prt sc as a workaround.
Note that this is not just Copilot item, it's all items, even the basic Ln x, Cl x item.
