fix(deps): bump msgraph-core floor to >=1.5.0

Raise the runtime dependency lower bound for msgraph-core from >=1.3.1 to >=1.5.0 to exclude core versions affected by microsoftgraph/msgraph-sdk-python-core#1087, where an unsanitized HostOs telemetry header (trailing whitespace in platform.version()) causes h11 to reject every request with LocalProtocolError. Fixed in core v1.5.0.

Also bump the dev pin in requirements-dev.txt to the latest core (1.5.1).
