Setup Webpack 4

Configure Webpack 4 to handle and compile the libraries we are using in this project.
This is probably a big ask so here is the thought behind it.

• Compile CSS and JS components into single chunks (we'll need to restructure the files into components)
• Hot module replacement
• BabelJS
• Update package scripts

Let me know if this is possible and a good choice?

Thanks for getting this going. I had to add hbs back to get webpack to compile with no errors.
Once I run yarn build and open the index.html from the dist dir should I see the site?
Checkout dev branch and let me know if I am doing something wrong.

You should see the site just fine without adding hbs to the server script by running 'npm run start' - I din't update yarn, so maybe that's the issue?
