Do not promote Dropbox

I suggest to remove default setting of Dropbox from the tasknote configuration, as this is not only an unfair promotion of a bad (from privacy point of view) product unto new users—it is also against 3rd-Party Application Guidelines of Taskwarrior.

I think that tasknote should be neutral and default directory for saving notes should be—as stated in the Guidelines—~/.task/notes/. If there will be no objections I can implement the change and submit a pull request.

I don't particularly care about whether or not Dropbox is 'bad', but it does seem like an inappropriate default.

What would also make this less of an issue is if we could override the value of FOLDER using an environment variable that can be set in bashrc (eg: TASK_NOTE_DIR) rather than needing to edit the script
