A few quick observations

Looking good in general.

Bend size:
Tonelib has been changed (not sure when) to show the number of steps to bend, but at the top of the bend (which puts it in the distance). As far as I can tell, chartplayer is relying on innate knowledge of the gradient? Or where the bend comes to on the horizontal strings? Either way, It would be much much better if you'd just put the number of steps to move. I don't like that tonelib puts it in the distance, though.

Highway zoom:
The way the highway zooms in and out feels quite jerky. Not sure what rocksmith does (because who is paying attention to that) but I do know that I never really notice it.

Mousewheel:
It'd be great if you could scroll the mousewheel and that did the same as left and right cursor for scrolling through the arrangement. Dunno what has that that has me doing it by default, but something must as I did it straight away and it didn't move.

Adding the number of steps for bends seems reasonable, as does using mousewheel to scroll time.
