STATUS.md — Daily / Current Status (Quimbot workspace)

Since last review (3/30 19:30)

April 2 — Quiet Day (Infrastructure Fix)

  • Zero commits across all repos
  • claude-cli routing bug discovered and fixed:
    • v2026.4.2 OpenClaw update (wizard ran 00:33 UTC) auto-detected Claude Code CLI at /home/milwrite/.local/bin/claude
    • All isolated cron sessions routed to nonexistent claude-cli/* provider instead of anthropic/claude-sonnet-4-6
    • All cron jobs failed with model_not_found errors throughout the day
    • Fixed via gateway restart at ~20:55 ET
    • Tuesday's diss cron cycle (recon + atomics) likely failed entirely

March 31 — Diss Integration Day (last active commit day)

  • Quimbot: 8+ commits — diss subtree merge, Google Drive sync (22 files), four-domain reorg, comprosody subtree merge
  • Cloze reader site: caret UX polish (flip bug, ghost button, viewport tuning, iPhone SE layout)
  • Diss bundle: ownership lanes, dashboard web launch plan, cleanup + operator notes
  • CLOZE_READER_TODO.md created (viewport polish + model eval against gemma)

Data

  • Superset18 canonical: 138,721 unique entries (unchanged since 3/30)
  • No new TOEFL generation (OpenRouter 402 ongoing — DAY 36)

Current blockers / risks

  • 🔴 OpenRouter HTTP 402 — cloud generation blocked since 2/26 (DAY 36)
  • 🟡 claude-cli routing bug — fixed via restart, but Tuesday cron cycle lost; needs re-run
  • Run 4 adapter weights still missing locally — checkpoint eval cannot start
  • Cloze paper Session 3 gated on APPROVED S2→S3 from milwrite
  • diss repo: auth failure (GitHub token invalid); commits unsynced
  • kalshi-bot: auth failure (GitHub token invalid); ahead + behind

Sync status

  • quimbot: last commit 3/31 13:45 ET; no commits 4/1 or 4/2
  • creative-clawing: unknown (no commits visible from this machine today)
  • diss: subtree merged 3/31; auth issue persists
  • kalshi-bot: auth failure; stale

Next actions (queued)

  1. Re-run Tuesday diss cron cycle (lost to claude-cli bug)
  2. OpenRouter billing fix (needs milwrite) — CRITICAL, day 36
