Update DNS seeds at node (https://forum.grin.mw/t/call-for-new-dns-seed-nodes-mainnet-and-testnet/), can connect only to mainnet-seed.grinnode.live atm.

Also we have an idea from @wiesche89 to create json sources with seeds and parse URL content when specified at config, with possible Foreign API sharing of current connected peers (currently its available only at Owner API, which is usually protected by password).
