I am pretty sure i installed everything but yet here i am

I have an endeavour os , ran the automatic installer and everything was done but when i open it in hypermand uwsm , i guess most of them works perfect except the wallpaper , when i change theme the colors change but not the wallpaper . do somebody knows how to fix it ?

just now noticed that bluetooth sound wifi are not working

ERROR: No UTF-8 locale detected!
Use --force-utf argument to force start if you're sure your terminal can handle it.
