作者您好，怎么使用e2efold呢

我安装好了，e2efold_productive文件夹里面的readme 说 sh main_short.sh 这样使用，我没看明白。您可以举个例子示范下吗

抱歉再次打扰您，我知道怎么使用了，我在config.json文件把test_folder和save_folder更改成了我指定的目录，程序也运行成功 ，生成了.ct文件，但是所有ict文件的第五列都是0，没有显示配对。是我哪里没弄对吗。
