Fix compatibility with Slay the Spire 2 v0.107.1 (Major Update 2)

The mod stopped loading in version v0.107.1 of the game, throwing a reflection exception (System.Reflection.ReflectionTypeLoadException) right at startup. Two main changes in the game's API broke the binary compatibility of the code:

Breaking contract in the INetMessage interface

    Error: The game failed to enumerate assembly types because the QuickReloadMessage struct did not fully implement the interface.

    Cause: The game update added a new mandatory property to the network interface: bool ShouldBuffer { get; }.

    Fix: Added the public bool ShouldBuffer => true; property to QuickReloadMessage.cs.

Capitalization change (signature) in the RunManager class

    Error: Compilation error CS1061 indicating that the methods could not be found.

    Cause: The developers changed the spelling of "SinglePlayer" to "Singleplayer" (with a lowercase p) in internal functions.

    Affected methods: * IsSinglePlayerOrFakeMultiplayer became IsSingleplayerOrFakeMultiplayer

        SetUpSavedSinglePlayer became SetUpSavedSingleplayer

    Fix: Renamed the methods in QuickReloadRunner.cs to match the game's new DLL standard.

The project's C# language version was also adjusted in the .csproj file to be fully compatible with the .NET 9 build environment required by the game's updated engine version.
