M1: Unit tests for canonical model, MAML renderer, and schema validator

Add unit tests that lock the behavior for the Core layer.

**Definition of done**

* Tests cover:

  * Model creation
  * Renderer output contains key nodes
  * Validator success/failure
  * Determinism
