Support tablenames with spaces

Hi,

I've finally got around to upgrading PHP to 5.5. (after you indicated that php 5.4+ was needed a few weeks ago). Thanks for that tip. Thanks for opening the issue queue too :-)

Now, for historical reasons, I have table names with spaces, e.g. "Costing Reports". This breaks Rester, which tries to do a "DESCRIBE Costing Reports" as opposed to a "DESCRIBE Costing Reports".

Could you consider supporting tables with spaces please?
