Linearization at t_linearize > 0 fails for RailwayDynamicsLib examples

Versions: LinearSystems2 2.3.4 build 1, Dymola 2018
the following function call fails: Modelica_LinearSystems2.ModelAnalysis.FullAnalysis("SingleCoach",simulationSetup=Modelica_LinearSystems2.Records.SimulationOptionsForLinearization(linearizeAtInitial=false, t_linearize=10));
fails,
Dymola prompts: Not possible to open file "dslin.mat": No such file or directory
and crashes,

• the example model
• the function call that fails, and
• a work-around function call
