Unable to create documentation

when selecting a power automate and clicking the create documentation button, i get the following error:

I too have suddenly started seeing the same problem. It does only appear to be failing when attempting to document a flow directly i.e. if an app is selected for documenting, then any flows associated with it will successfully document.
