Updating Icons Fails v3.0.1 and v2.3.0

Describe the bug

When updating Icons, I am always getting the below error message. I believe something at MS changed as I am getting the same error in v2.3.0, see images below. These are the only two version I tested.

Both versions are self-contained.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click on Settings tab
2. Click on Update your existing set of connector icons
3. Click on Log tab

Icons getting updated
