Use github username even if user doesn't belong to the related organization

Currently it appears that if a user assignment of a user does not belong the the KippoOrganization the assignment is displayed as 'unassigned' in Kippo.

Update to maintain the assignment information, and only use 'unassigned' on display (if necessary... it may be ok to maintain the assignement as is.)
