Extend terraform templates based on module listed in CLI

It would be nice to generate terrafrom resources based on CLI flags or set of string enums which translates to set of options (eg: https://github.com/rixrix/vscode-terraform-snippets/blob/master/src/providers/postgresql.json) to auto-create via template.
