MOSIP-41778: Admin - The user is unable to log out from the admin portal

Steps:

1. Open the admin portal.

2. Log out of the admin portal.

Observed: The user is unable to log out of the admin portal. Please refer to the attached video

Expected: The user should be able to log out of the admin portal without any issues.
