MOSIP-41779: In the Admin Master Data section, when trying to create and save the Center Type, the action gets canceled and an error is displayed: 'Failed to validate the current session.

1. Open the admin portal

2. Click on the Master data

3. Try to center type

4. I'm waiting for the session got expire

5. Try to save and the cancel button

Observed: In the Admin Master Data section, when trying to create and save the Center Type, the action gets canceled, and an error is displayed: 'Failed to validate the current session.

Expected: Upon creating and saving the Center Type in the Admin Master Data section, the data should be saved successfully, and the user should receive a confirmation message without encountering any session validation errors.
