motiongpuFrame.uv instead of frag(uv: vec2f) #11

Being able to access the UVs in any function, without having to pass it as a function parameter chain (for nested functions) would be very useful. Not only that, but I also think it would make more sense to keep this in line with the rest of the other uniforms given my Motion GPU.

As you know, I've been building webgpu-nodes, and that simplification of UV access would make it a lot easier for my app, but I do think everyone using motion-gpu would benefit from it. It's obviously a breaking change though.
